A new living space that gives identity to the architecture

The design is part of a broad framework of regeneration which affects both healthcare areas and those of a more strictly socio-territorial nature.

The choice to expand the Villa Marina private clinic expresses the clear desire not to shy away from the challenge of the imposed environmental constraints of the position with particular landscape value.

Furthermore, the choice to recover the pre-existing structure meant facing the complexity of planning the construction site phases so as not to interrupt the functionality of the existing departments.

Innovation is therefore expressed in the methodological formulation, in the construction practices up to the typological conception of the hospitalization which, thanks to built-in furniture system integrated with the facade components, is expanded with a new living space that generates a modular rhythm and gives identity to the architecture.

The external closures were created with a system that arises from an in-depth analysis of sealing performance, natural lighting, visual perception and well-being.

The choice to expand the Villa Marina private clinic expresses the clear desire not to shy away from the challenge of the constraints imposed by the environmental inclusion in a position of particular landscape value.
