The clinics on the ground floor were already used as an ultrasound center last year (step 1). This project completes the definitive phase of the project (Step 2) for the creation of an advanced and integrated outpatient center for Preventive Medicine or Health Care. for exclusive use by the Italian UPMC company.
The area subject to work concerns the management building of the Baths of Chianciano (via Roma 103) and more precisely the ground and first floors of the west wing of the complex.
The project consists of extraordinary maintenance without changes to the intended use or volume and the mechanical adaptation of the structure.
The layout of the first floor is modified to accommodate endoscopic surgeries and other collateral functions.
The interventions on the ground floor are mainly aimed at updating the systems and regulatory compliance in general.
The objective of the design consists in the creation of two areas with distinct healthcare functions: the outpatient area and the endoscopy area.
The outpatient area is located on the ground floor and in the east-west wing of the first floor.
On the ground floor there are the clinics, the office and the doctors' room, along the perimeter so as to benefit from the large windows, while the waiting area has been placed in the center of the room.
On the upper floor the ambulatories overlook the southern front while the endoscopy area is located in the northern wing with the large work environment on the main front and the functional rooms (rooms and laundry) on the
